Hi y’all! I am back! I am 9 weeks post baby number 2 (we had a girl in case you were wondering :o)) and I am back at it working hard to lose the last few pounds of this baby weight. Summer is right around the corner!! Yikes. I am on a mission to get my toned body back. 2 babies in tow…….
I am challenging YOU to do this circuit workout with me and post your time. Each week you do this workout, try to take fewer breaks, work harder. However, ALWAYS make sure you have proper form. Never sacrifice your form for time.
Get up, put your shoes on……. let’s go. Motivation is key!
You will complete each exercise 20 times. Repeat 3 more rounds. Have fun!
1. Box Jumps (knee level) (or a chair if you don’t own a sturdy box)
2. Ab Punches- Sit on tailbone with knees bent and feet off the ground while jab-punching the air
3. Frog Jumps
4. Walking Arm Planks
5. Heavy bicep curls
