On Top of the World
Emily came to me around April wanting to get into better physical strength and shape. She did not need to lose any weight, as a matter of fact, we needed to add a few pounds to her. We did just that, we’ve added a tremendous amount of muscle to her body and she is now able to do things she never would have done before. She did have the desire to tone up and become stronger in both the physical and cardiovascular areas. Emily was always pretty active but had never really known how to train. Just as with someone who needs to lose weight, it takes a lot of discipline and motivation to work on gaining strength and muscle. I have taught her many different exercises and workouts and she now uses them on the days we don’t workout to keep up with her fitness. Here’s her story:
My husband gave me a gift certificate for Christmas for 8 workout sessions with Caroline. I was super excited to get in shape before the summer. I was looking forward to strengthening my entire body. I use to workout on my own but never really knew how to target certain areas or if I was even doing an exercise the proper way. Eventually I stopped working out and I found that I was losing muscle and mostly my energy level. It was time to change my exercising habits.
I have been working out with Caroline for over 6 months now and I have seen a drastic improvement physically and mentally. We recently took a family trip to Wyoming and we spent everyday doing some sort of outdoor activity. I was able to do two 9 miles hikes without any trouble as well as rock climbing and white water rafting. I owe it all to Caroline because before I probably would not have had the energy, confidence and the endurance to do all things that we did.
