High Protein Ranch Dip & Veggies
Want a snack that is high in protein, but still taste great? If you are like me, you probably get stuck in your same old snack rut and eat the same things over and over again. Don’t run out of snack ideas! Try this delicious high protein ranch dip with veggies or home-made pita chips. You will fall in love!
Dip & Veggies-
Take one plain Choboni yogurt and a ranch dip packet. Look at your options and pick out the packet without monosodium glutamate. (I like to use the ones that do not have MSG in them. Hidden Valley does have MSG). Put 2 TBSP of the ranch mix into your yogurt and stir. Now you have a dipping container that you can dip your carrots, celery, endive, tomatoes, broccoli, and red pepper’s into.
