Workout: 2 sets of each exercise, super set with 1 minute (30 seconds each leg) of step ups in between sets

Equipment: Stability Ball, medium weights, band, chair, mat

Level: Intermediate

Time: 20 minutes

Exercises:
20 x 2 Banded Squats

10 x 2 Jump Lunges (each leg)

10 x 2 1 legged squats against SB (each leg)

30 x 2 SB Hamstring Curls

15 x 2 Jump Squats

10 x 2 weighted side lunges (each leg)
