Bikini Bod encompasses 10 minutes of intense plyometrics and weights. In this video, we will work on everything from your calves to your shoulders. This workout is pretty intense but if you can power through it, you will be on your way to looking hot at the beach!
You will need a mat, medium set of weights, Stability Ball, and a chair.
