Alleviate Low Back Pain

Lower back pain can be a huge pain in the you know what!! It is like somebody is constantly stabbing a knife into your back over and over again and just twisting and twisting. Many people have back pain for several reasons. Some of the reasons can be from the way you sleep, carrying too much weight, not working out properly, new to working out, or overtraining. I put together a video for you to watch that contains 4 strengthening back exercises along with two stretches that will help alleviate hamstring/low back pain.

Workout: Each exercise will be completed for 15 repetitions for one set if you are pregnant, two sets if you are intermediate, and three sets if you are advanced.

Equipment: 1 set of weights (which you don’t even need if you don’t have them)

Level: Anyone with low back pain & BarBellies

Time: 15 minutes

Exercises:
Reverse Bridges
Quad Supermans
Deadlifts
Lower back pushups/raises

Hamstring stretch
Knee over leg glute stretch
