Looking for an extra special something to do this Valentine’s with your honey? You will have to burn off your calories somehow and what better way than sweating together…..working out, of course! With Valentine’s day here it’s time to plan your date with your sweetie. Skip the crowded and overpriced dinner and bars and head to a park or beach with your significant other. Be creative in what you do for your exercise. Most people use Valentine’s for an excuse to eat those chocolate candies inside the hearts. Instead of overeating, try this workout.
Training with someone you are close to provides accountability, support, and a fun time! I’ve attached some pictures of some different fun and exhilarating exercises to do as a couple. Pair these exercises with a long, slow run or a nice long bike ride for the cardiovascular benefits. And hey, when you get home from all of the exercising, you might even want a romp in the hay! It burns calories too :o)
