Workout: 1 set of each exercise, then repeat another set of each exercise after you have worked up to the second set
Equipment: Light weights, medium weights, & mat

Front Raises
Heavy 1/4 Laterals
Arnold Shoulder Presses
Full Range Laterals
Rear Delt Pulls-band
Light weight lateral Raise
