Spicy Wok Steak Tacos
I like making these when I have had a long day and get home late. They are super easy to make and take very little time. Enjoy these healthy spicy steak tacos.
Ingredients:
16 oz flank steak, sliced thin
1/2 carton mushrooms, sliced
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
3 tbsp jalapenos, chopped
1/2 cup reduced fat mexican cheese (I like Sargento)
2 tomatoes, diced
1 Tbsp cilantro
12 whole grain hard shell tacos or soft tacos (about 80-100 calories per shell)
6 tbsp fat free sour cream
Preparation:
Spray skillet (I used a wok) with olive oil spray or Pam. Cook onions and mushrooms until desired tenderness. Then add cumin, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, and 1 tsp olive oil. Mix. Add sliced flank steak and jalapenos and cook until your like your steak. (I like mine medium rare, so I only cook it about 5 minutes)
Place meat and onions and mushrooms into tacos and top with tomatoes, cilantro, cheese and sour cream. Each person gets 2 tacos. Enjoy with a side salad.
Makes 12 tacos. Approx 350 calories for 2 tacos.

Thanks! Keep coming back for more.
I’m going to make these for dinner one night this week. Thanks for the great recipe!
