Total Body Blast
Today’s workout involves the use of our total body. We are going to focus on cardio intervals and strength training workout that uses everything. We will not put a main focus on abs today, but remember with every cardio workout you do, you are helping to whittle that middle. Between every single exercise set and exercise, we will focus on 30 seconds of high knees or jump rope to help elevate that heart for a good sweat!
Medicine Ball squats and throws 2 sets x 20 repetitions
Rear Delt Pulls 2 sets x 20 repetitions
Medicine Ball Pushups 2 sets x 10, 8
Bent Over Rows (close and wide grip- alternating)
Seated Shoulder Press 2 x 20 (together/one arm)
Overhead (OH) tricep extension 2 x 20 repetitions
