Troublesome Spots
Do you ever wish those stubborn spots on your body would just go away? Try Troublesome Spots workout to help hit some of those areas that are often forgotten about and hard to reach. This workout uses one exercise band and we do a multitude of exercises and body parts that you probably don’t do on a regular basis……from boxing to outer leg work, you are sure to feel this workout in places you haven’t felt in a long, long time.
Workout: You will complete each exercise 15-40 repetitions for 2 sets each.
