I don’t know why I called this workout Armed & Dangerous… the workout is a great workout for toning arms, shoulders, upper back, and chest for those spring and summer days that are headed our way. If you have a wedding that you are in or attending, and event coming up, or just some beach days ahead, this workout is for you. Follow along to burn some calories and tone that upper body.

Workout: You will complete each exercise for 2 sets each with a shoulder exercise in between each set.

Equipment: Mat, band, medium weights, Stability ball

Level: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced BarBellies

Time: 20 minutes

Cardio: After you finish this arm workout, get out and do 30 minute of cardio. My suggestion is to do a 2 minute walk, 2 minute jog, 1 minute sprint for 30 minutes.
