Arms, Arms Arms
Today’s workout focuses on toning and maintaining nice, sleek arms. We don’t ever want to be that girl with those flapping bat wings as we wave hello or goodbye to someone. Take charge now and tighten those lifters with these exercises and cardio.
Workout: Each exercise will be completed for 15-20 repetitions for two sets. In between each set and each exercise, take a 15-30 second break to shake out those arms.
Equipment: 5 lb set of weights, band, 8 or 10lb set of weights
Level: Everyone! & BarBellies
Time: 15 minutes
