You can do side bends or sit ups but please don’t lose that butt! Every time I work on my butt or my back, this silly song by Sir-Mix-A-Lot pops into my head. This song was the inspiration for today’s butt and back workout. Follow along with me and make your way to a tight, toned tush and svelte back.

Black band rows-squatted
Reverse Fly over SB
Rear deltoid pulls
One arm balanced weighted row
SB lower back leg raise
One legged Deadlifts
15 squat jumps in between each exercise set
