Today’s balanced workout stresses being able to balance on one leg during several exercises.  It really tests your balance and core strength during this 20 minute workout.  Along with the balance, we will be working on total body strength to help build muscle.

Hip Flexor Raise with opposite arm shoulder press

Standing Quad Superman

Front leg raise with lateral shoulder raise

One legged deadlift

Adductor raise with bicep curl

Side Plank with shoulder press

One legged balanced touch
