Beach Cardio Blast
Okay girls…..beach season is FINALLY here (the heat, the humidity, the sweating)…..so, lets take advantage of it and get outside to the beach (or park for those of you not on the coast) for an early morning or evening workout. Let’s get our bodies in great bikini shape with this killer one hour cardio workout. Follow the instructions step by step and you are bound to be sweating and melting fat in no time. So, if you happened to indulge in a margarita (not the skinny girl kind) or a slice of chocolate cake, this will at least help negate those calories. Take a friend out with you and have fun!
WORKOUT:
4 Minute Power Walk (squeezing your butt)
1 Minute of walking lunges w/twist
2 Minutes jogging
2 min walking
1 minute squat thrusts (aka burpee)
2 minutes jogging
2 minutes walking
1 minute plank/bridge
2 minutes jogging
2 minutes walking
1 minute knee tuck jumps
2 minutes jogging
2 minutes walking
1 minute 1 legged ski jumps
2 minutes jogging
2 minutes walking
1 minute pushups
HALF WAY POINT:
(turn around and start heading back)
4 minutes Power walk
1 Minute alternating jump lunges
2 Minutes jogging
2 min walking
1 minute crab crawl
2 minutes jogging
2 minutes walking
1 minute bear crawl
2 minutes jogging
2 minutes walking
1 minute crunches
2 minutes jogging
2 minutes walking
1 minute frog jumps
2 minutes jogging
3 minutes walking- Cooldown
