Beat Heat & Stress
With the temperatures hitting 117 degrees (with heat index) down here in good ole South Carolina, it is time to take your workout inside in the air conditioning! It is just way too hot and sticky to be outside in that thick blanket! Today’s workout focuses on a total body workout that will help you forget about the days work. Give the 6 exercises a go and come out stronger and happier.
Workout: You will complete 1 set of each exercise for approx. 15 reps. Then, you will go back through all of the exercises for a second set for 15 reps.
Equipment: Light weights, Medicine Ball or 1 medium weight/1 light weights, Stability Ball, & mat
Level: Intermediate/BarBellies (safe for pregnant women)
