Print off this 45 min-60 min workout and burn your buns. Literally, it will help burn fat off of your body to help get you in shape for that sexy New Years Eve outfit (even if you are just wearing your PJ’s around the house) or get you on track for the summer.
This workout is for intermediate/advanced BarBelles who have been keeping up with the program for a while now. You will complete each exercise for 2 sets, while completing 30 seconds of jumping jacks in between each exercise set.
