Bustin It with Bosu

The bosu ball is a great way to challenge your balance while incorporating weights into your routine.  Try out this cardio/total body challenge using a bosu ball or balance disc and get those rock solid abs you’ve always dreamed of having.

 

Exercises:  After each exercise set, you will complete 30 jumping jacks

Reverse Lunges on Bosu

Pushups-flipped bosu

Knee to elbow planks

90 degree knee crunches

Bosu flipped pulse squats

Shoulder walk overs

Side crunches
