Bye Bye Cellulite!
Bye Bye Cellulite is a 23 minute workout designed to help you fight that unwanted cellulite in those unwanted places. We will be working the hamstrings, triceps, quads, and biceps while incorporating cardio into each exercise. The cardio will help us burn calories and fat while the weights will help us tone and lift.
Workout: You will complete each exercise for 2 sets. In between each set of exercises, you will complete 1 minute of jump rope or step ups.
Equipment: Small band, light set of weights, 1- 8 or 10 lb weight, mat, jump rope or bosu ball or step
Level: Beginner, Intermediate & BarBellies
