Circuit Training Part II
Hey BarBelles…….today we are going to do part 2 of the 3 part circuit workout that Leigh Ann Ambrose with LA Bodies demonstrates. I will be posting the last of the circuits on Friday of this week. Today, you are going to complete the previous circuit 3 times through each of the 4 exercise and the circuit posted today 3 times through each exercise.
Today, you will complete these 4 exercises 2 more times through as fast as you can. Follow LA Bodies for a tight & toned body.
- Alternating Reverse Lunge with a twist
- Jump Rope
- Weighted Sumo squat with a full range lateral
- Burpees with a jump (no pushup)
