Circuit Training Part III
Hey BarBelles…….today we are going to do part 3 of the 3 part circuit workout that Leigh Ann Ambrose with LA Bodies demonstrates. This is the last circuit, so you will be completing the previous 2 circuits from earlier in the week. Each circuit should be completed 3 times through.
Today, you will complete these 4 exercises 2 more times through as fast as you can. Follow LA Bodies for a tight & toned body.
Side squats over Bosu (if you don’t have a bosu, just do side squats on the floor)
Toe Taps
Bulldog Pushups
Ski Jumps
