Core Moves
Core Moves concentrates on strengthening your abdominals and lower back. Ever since having my son back in December, I have had very weak abs and lower back. So, when my friend asked me to do a video involving core, I took it upon myself to take my favorite exercises and put them into a routine. The routine (twice through) should end up taking you about 20/25 minutes once you know each exercise. It will definitely make those abs sore the next day and each time you do this workout, it will help you get stronger and stronger. Make sure to take as few breaks as possible and DON”T forget to do your cardio. Remember, you can’t spot train to get a 6 pack Abs, but you can strengthen and build abs. You have to eat healthy and do your cardio to shed the fat around your abs and if you do those things on top of the exercises…….the 6 pack will appear.
