Feel the Burn – Workout Challenge
Today’s workout is going to challenge your body in ways you never thought possible! Join me in this butt busting, arm toning, core chiseling workout. We will go through each exercise, superset it with a cardio interval, then repeat all of the exercises. Strap on your heart rate monitor and get ready to feel the burn!
You will need a Stability ball (SB), exercise mat, sliders or paper plates or towel, medium set of weights.
Exercises:
SB incline chest press with crunch SS high knees
Mountain climbers SS runners
SB hamstring curl SS high knees
Bridge w front shoulder raise SS runners
Deadlifts to shoulder press to squats SS high knees
SB pushups SS runners
Side lunges SS high knees
Alternating V ups SS runners
Reverse hyperextension (w hold & pulses) SS high knees
Twisting side plank SS runners
Side step ups- weighted SS high knees
Slider V’s SS runners
