Ever want to have the energy of your 5th grade self? Try these fun “field” exercises while soaking up the sun and letting your children run around burning their own energy.

Complete a 30 second run, 100 jump ropes, and 5 burpees AFTER EACH exercise. Once you complete the exercise, you are done with it.
