Fight Arm Flab
Hate those jiggly arms when you wave hello or goodbye to someone? They can be annoying and gross and it is time something is done about that arm flab. Try this 15 minute workout to help tone your arms so they look amazing…..not only when waving, but when clapping, and wearing sleeveless shirts too.
Workout: You will complete 2 sets of each exercise for approx. 15-20 reps. You will take a 10 second break in between each exercise set before moving onto the next set.
Equipment: Medium weight OR medicine ball, Stability Ball, band, chair, & mat
Level: Beginner/Intermediate
Time: 14 minutes
Exercises:
Medicine Ball (or one medium weight) overhead tricep extensions
Chest Fly on Stability Ball
Band Tricep kickbacks
Band Bicep curls
Dips
Decline close grip pushups
