Firm It Up
Firm It Up is a 30 minute workout designed to hit every single spot on your body. From toes to core to your neck……you will feel everything working. You will even have a few balance exercises in there which are definitely a challenge to preggos. Have fun with the workout and don’t forget your 30-45 minutes of cardio after the weight session. That is just one hour! You can fit in an hour!!!! It is for a better you!
Workout: You will complete each exercise of the 8 exercises for 1 set. Then, repeat entire workout for a second set.
Equipment: Mat, light weights, 1 medium weight (optional), 1 light band (optional)
Level: Beginner, Intermediate & BarBellies
Time: 15 minutes (total workout time will be 30 minutes)
