You are going to do each exercise for a total of 1 minute each. No rest. You are going to work through each exercise one time without a rest, then go back through each exercise again without a rest in between exercises……..burning off those drinks you had last night at your holiday party, cookies you baked for the neighbors, or the rich meal you indulged in with family.
