Get in Shape Before the Holidays
Get into shape before the holidays! Instead of putting on the LBS during the holidays, get a head start and start before the holiday season. Whether you are trying to ward off holiday pounds, tone up, or get rid of post baby weight, this workout is for you! It is a total body workout that will help tone your body from head to toe. Pair this workout with lunchtime quickie (posted on July 26) for a cardio addition to your workout. Paired together, these will help you lose weight and tone up at the same time.
Workout: You will complete each exercise for 2 sets each.

I worked for your dad at SAS for eight years. You were young at the time and I don’t know if you would remember me. I found your BarBelles site on your mom’s FB page. I am 53 and exercised most of my adult life. However, after I had David (he is now 16) that nearly came to a halt. Now with menopause and my age I am a little (maybe more than a little) out of shape and I would like to lose about 15 pounds. I like your site becuase I can do it at home but still have instruction.
