Get Over it!
Get Over It is a workout for Charleston Bridge Runners. (if you don’t have the Charleston bridge, use your neighborhood light posts, mailboxes, or other land marks that are spaced out evenly)
There are 94 light posts from one end of the bridge to the other end of the bridge.
On the first leg of the bridge you are going to walk the first 4 light posts as your warm-up. Then you are going to sprint 5 lamp posts, then walk 5 lamp posts. Repeat this 9 times (or until you get to the bottom of the bridge).
On the second leg of the bridge you are going to walk for the first 4 lamp posts as a little rest. Then jog 5 lamp posts, then walk 5 lamp posts, then at the end of your walk you will do 10 pushups. Repeat 9 times or until you get to the bottom of the bridge.
This workout will scorch about 600-700 calories!
