Hard “core” is an ab workout that concentrates on the abdominals, obliques, and lower back. During this 20 minute workout, you will not only do ab exercises, but you will also incorporate jumping jacks and jump rope into the workout for full fat burn. Everyone knows you cannot get a 6 pack by doing ab exercises alone!
