Heart Rate….Get It Up!
Some of you have asked for a short and easy at home cardio routine that you can do without any cardio equipment. I have put together this 10 minute cardio workout. You should be getting 30 minutes of cardio (at a minimum) each day but if 10 minutes is all you have, this is the way to go. The only tools you will need are a step and a jump rope. If you don’t have a jump rope, use your imagination and pretend you have one in hand. If you don’t have a step, run in place again.

** Suunto heart rate monitors are awesome! They are my favorite brand of heart rate monitors. You can change out the battery yourself (don’t have to send the watch off for a new battery like the Polar monitors). Suunto also has many attachments.
