Everyone wants a solid core…..no flab and a six pack. It takes more than just sit-ups and crunches to obtain a flat tummy. Try this 16 minute high intensity core workout for better results and remember to keep your eating clean! Go through each exercise one time and then repeat.
- 1 minute of mountain climbers
- 1 minute of high knees (make sure to hold your abs in tight to your rib cage)
- 1 minute of walking planks
- 1 minute of russian twists
- 1 minute rest
- 1 minute of reverse plank straight leg toe touch
- 1 minute of lying pinwheels
- 1 minute of inchworm
