Complete each of the exercises 20 times and then move onto the next exercise. Complete the entire season 2 times if you are a beginner or intermediate. If you are advanced, you will complete the series 3 times.

- Dips (use a chair or a couch and make sure your elbows are lowered into a 90 degree angle)
- Superman’s (lie flat on tummy on the floor and raise straightened arms and legs off the ground in a quick motion)
- Russian Twists (sit on your tailbone and lift feet off the ground. rotate your body right and then left so that your finger tips touch the floor beside your hips)
- Calf Raises (raise your entire body up onto your toes so that you are flexing your calves. hold onto any surface to ensure balance)
- Bridge/Plank (make sure body is parallel to the floor so that you are not dipping your lower back down too far or arching it too high)
**If you’d like a little more of a challenge, add 30 seconds to 1 minute of jumping jacks, jump rope, or star jumps between each exercise. This will burn an extra 100-150 calories!
