Complete each exercise for 20 repetitions and then repeat
- Squat Jumps
- Pushups
- Step Ups (onto a chair or Bosu ball)
- Reverse Lunges- alternating
- Chest Press
- Step Ups
- Walking Side squats
- Banded Shoulder Press
- Step Ups
- Leg Extensions on SB
- Bent Over Rows
- Step Ups
- Russian Twists
- Sit Ups
- Step Ups
- Bridge/Plank
- Windmills Abs (lie flat on back and raise extended arm and leg up into the air so you touch your shin)
- Step Ups
