Time: 15 minutes
Exercises: Superman Pushups
Reverse Lunges
Pushups with Flipped Toe touch
Diagonal Lunges
Decline Pushups
Split Lunges on SB
Each exercise will be completed for 1 minute. Take a 15-30 second break in between the exercises before moving onto the next one. Once you are able to move through this first set of exercises in the one minute time period pretty easily, add another round of these exercises into your routine of one minute with each exercise. Feel the burn, burn, burn!
