In Your Face “Rocky” Style Workout

You will need a band, stability ball, mat, medium weights, and light set of weights.
Exercises:
1 minute punches & jump rope intervals in between each set of exercises
2 sets x 15 each leg reverse lunges w front kick
2 sets x 15 each arm SB alternating crunch with weighted punch
2 sets x 15 each leg squats w side kicks
2 sets x 15 SB sit ups w punches
2 sets x 15 each leg Krav Kicks
2 sets x 15 each leg Reverse bridge lying heel kicks
