KettleBell Mania
Kettlebells are all the rage these days. Kettlebells have been around forever, but have just recently become “new” to the exercise world. They offer a variety of high intensity workouts that really help you get a stronger core and a leaner body. You should aim to keep your kettle bell workout simple. If you do not own a kettle bell, you can use one dumbbell in its place during this workout.
Exercises: 2 sets of each exercise will be performed
Warmup with 15 (each side) 180 squat jumps
15 each- Clean & press, followed by squat & press

15 each arm 1 arm row- one legged
15 each side Windmills
20 each arm- 1 arm chest press with reverse bridge

That was a great workout! I finally did this one and the sweat keeps pouring;))) I used my 10 lb kettlebell and was fine!
