Killer Legs On The Go

Legs on the GO is a 20 minute leg and cardio workout that you can take with you anywhere you go. The workout includes one set of each exercise with 30 seconds of high knees in between each set. The high knees helps insure an elevated heart rate to get that blood pumping.
Legs on the GO will help shape your legs into tight, smooth beautiful legs without long workouts.

*Watch my workout to learn proper techniques so that you do not hurt yourself. Have Fun!*
One legged squats (using a chair for support) x 25 reps on each leg
Reverse lunges with a leg lift and a hop x 15 reps each leg
Wide leg squats x 25 reps
Krav Kicks x 25 repetitions each leg
Pop squats x 30 repetitions
Pulse Lunge x 20 reps each leg
Calf raises x 50 repetitions
Jump Squats x 15 repetitions

    this was great! I HATE my thighs and thick fatty legs and I also have roommates and feel weird working out infront of them lol so this will be perfect to do in my room in the mornings!!
