Leap Frog for Leap Year
Try one of these two HIIT workouts that will have your heart beating in no time! You will sculpt your butt, legs, and abs with each jump. The pushups will help strengthen your core and arms. Get ready for summer!!!!!!!
A. Start with 10 leap frogs, then do 10 pushups. Repeat this 10 times!
OR
B. Walk for 2 minutes, Run/jog for 2 minutes, do 10 leap frog jumps, do 25 mountain climbers. Repeat 5 more times.
