Hey ladies…..sick of the dimples or lack of muscle on the backs of your legs? Want tight, toned calves and quads that look hot in those high heel stilettos? If you answered yes, wait no longer! Join me in this awesome butt kicking, leg toning challenge. I will have you sweatin’ in no time with the leg exercises and intervals in todays workout.

Every exercise is done for 2 sets. Please increase workout to a third set as you become quicker with this workout.

25 x 2 Squats- Closed stance
30 x 2 Calf raises
10 x 2 (each leg) Front Alternating Lunges
20 x 2 Deadlifts
10 x 2 (each leg) side squats
20 x 2 Hamstring curls- weighted
