Little Bit of this, little bit of that is a series of 6 exercises. These exercises touch on every major muscle group in your body focusing on a total body workout.

Workout: You will complete each exercise for 2 sets. Don’t forget to do your 30-45 minutes of cardio afterwards!

Equipment: Medicine Ball, Stability Ball, mat, 5 lb weights, 8-10 lb weights

Level: Beginner, Intermediate & BarBellies

Time: 18 minutes
