Man’s World of Weights
Today’s 30 minute workout consist of a weight routine that you would mostly see men doing in the gym. Biceps, chest, squats, deadlifts, etc. However, these exercises are GREAT for a woman and toning those trouble spots we have. We are going to do them a little bit differently from your average man’s workout in the sense that we are going to use a little less weight and more repetitions. So join me in this excellent workout for awesome results!
Workout: You will complete each exercise of the 8 exercises for 1 set. Then, repeat entire workout for a second set.
Equipment: Mat, medium weights, heavy weights, box/stool/step/bosu ball
Level: Intermediate, Advanced & BarBellies
Time: 16 minutes (total workout time will be 30 minutes)
