Workout: Pushups, Squat jumps, V ups, jump lunges. You will complete as many rounds as you can in a 10 minute time span.
Equipment: Mat
Level: Intermediate, Advanced
Time: 10 minutes
Cardio: Before doing this workout, complete a 10 minute run. After you finish this workout, do another 10 minutes jog. I actually ended up going to the beach and doing a workout that consisted of this:
1 minute walk, 2 minute jog, 1 minute of different plyo exercises.
