No Treadmill/Bike? No Problem
Don’t have a treadmill or a stationary bike to complete a cardio workout inside? Don’t want to do cardio outside in the sweltering heat? Try this 36 minute cardio workout that is sure to get you pouring sweat and fat right off your body. You will be able to burn about 350-400 calories in the 36 minutes. Heck yeah!
Complete as many reps as you can in each set:
1 minute Jumping jacks (warm up)
30 seconds marching in place (knees should be getting high for the marches)
1 minute high knees
30 seconds marching in place (don’t forget those knees)
1 minute side skates (how to: Jump from side to side, landing on one leg and swinging arms with each jump. This is a lateral move, so keep your body low to the ground, knees bent and don’t jump up too high)
30 seconds marching in place
1 minute stationary frog jumps (how to: Squat all the way down to the floor, putting your hands on the floor in front of you. In an explosive movement, push up from the floor, jumping up in the air.
As you jump, tap your heels together and take the hands behind the head or up in the air.
Land with bent knees to protect the joints and go back into your squat position)

1 minute Squat thrusts

1 minute Jumping Jack to a step (how to: Stand in front of a step and jump up onto the step with both feet. Jump back down to the floor. Do a jumping jack on the floor and, after you jump the feet back together, jump back onto the step.
30 seconds marching in place
1 minute Toe Taps (how to: Stand in front of a step or platform. Touch the right toe to the step, jump up and switch the feet in mid-air, touching the left toe to the step)
30 seconds marching in place
1 minute Mountain climbers
30 seconds marching in place (don’t forget to get your knees up)
