On the Go
Here are my most 10 favorite exercises that you can do anywhere, anytime. You don’t need anything except for one step or chair or small bench or table. Literally, nothing else! So, absolutely NO EXCUSES to not workout. This workout only takes 10 minutes because you will do 10 exercises for one minute each. When you perfect round 1, move on to round 2.
Workout: Beginners, Intermediate & BarBellies will complete 1 sets of each exercise for 1 minute each, Advanced will complete 2 sets of each exercise for one minute each.
Equipment: A chair or table or step or bench
Level: Beginner, Intermediate, & Advanced, & BarBellies (safe for pregnant women if you consult your doctor for workouts and get the go ahead)
Time: 10-30 minutes (video is 20 minutes with my explanation and all)
Exercises:
Pushups (beginners & BarBellies will do these on their knees…..everyone else on toes)
Squats
Plank/Bridge
Pop Squats
Standing Quad Supermans
Walking Lunges or Alternating front/Reverse lunges
Walking Planks
1 legged pulse lunge
Dips
Knee to Elbows (BarBellies, Beginner) Chairmaster (intermediate, advanced)
