Pre and Post Baby Hot Bod
I’ve had several girlfriends who have recently had babies and they always ask me, “what can I do to get rid of this baby weight?” Well, let me start off by saying that the more weight you put on during your pregnancy, the more weight you are going to have to take off after giving birth. If you are trying to get pregnant, do yourself a favor and don’t go putting on 40 plus pounds. It is hard on your body. You definitely don’t need to go eat an extra tub of ice cream or an entire pizza when you are pregnant.
So, in order to get this baby weight off OR get into awesome shape before getting pregnant, you are going to have to work hard. By mixing up plyometric exercises with strength and core, you will be more likely to shed the pounds and tone up in places you never even knew existed. If you do have that baby at home already, put your little one down for a nap and get movin’. This workout will only take about 20 minutes so try it and get your butt into gear.
Exercises:
You will need a mat and a medicine ball. Each exercise will be completed two times. You will go through each round once and then repeat the round before moving onto the next.
