Ready to Pour Sweat

cardio sprintsReady to swim in your own sweat?? Sound a little gross, huh? Well, if you are hardcore and like to get a good cardio workout in your routine, start off your week with this little burst of energy. I like to start my week with this 32 minute intense cardio workout that incorporates your whole body from head to heart to toes! The object is to try and not rest between each interval. Grab a workout buddy who will push you to your limits and you can complete this workout either on a treadmill or outside on a track or at the park. I wouldn’t advise doing it on a super busy street……you might get some funny looks. Make sure your body is fueled with lots of water and good, healthy energy foods.

Here we go:

1 minute warmup- Jogging
1 minute- sprint
1 minute- walk
1 minute- pushup
1 minute- Jogging
1 minute- sprint
1 minute- walk
1 minute- Jump lunges
1 minute- Jogging
1 minute- sprint
1 minute- walk
1 minute- Walking Planks (30 seconds each arm)
1 minute- Jogging
1 minute- sprint
1 minute- walk
1 minute- wide leg pop squats
1 minute- Jogging
1 minute- sprint
1 minute- walk
1 minute- Mountain Climbers
1 minute- Jogging
1 minute- sprint
1 minute- walk
1 minute- Walking Lunges
1 minute- Jogging
1 minute- sprint
1 minute- walk
1 minute- Bear Crawls
1 minute- Jogging
1 minute- sprint
1 minute- walk
1 minute- Bridge/Plank

**When you master this, add one minute to the jogging and 30 seconds to the sprints.**
