Slim & Sculpted Arms
Okay ladies, todays 18 minute workout is geared to help you get those toned and sculpted arms you have always dreamed of having. Join me in this excellent high cardio, weight workout for maximum results.
After completing this workout, I expect you to get outside an do a 20-30 minute cardio workout. You can either take fido for a quick-paced walk, light jog, or hill-y bike ride. Whatever you do…..have fun!
You will need a set of medium/heavy weights, mat, balance disc (if you have one) and butt kicking attitude!
Workout: Each exercise will be completed for 2 sets.
