Find a set of stadium seating (local high school, college, or middle school football stadium) and get there for this incredible fat burning, muscle toning, butt lifting, ab sculpting workout. The total body workout should take you about 45 minutes to complete. Don’t forget to stretch at the end!

Warm-up: 1 laps around the track as fast as you can go
2 sets of running steps ALL the way to the top
1 laps around the track as fast as you can go
2 sets of running steps (skipping every other step) ALL the way to the top
1 laps around the track as fast as you can go
2 sets of running steps ALL the way to the top

20 box jumps
20 pushups
1 set of running steps to the top
10 front lunges
20 pushups
1 set of running steps to the top
25 canoes
25 dips
1 set of running steps to the top
10 reverse lunges with a hop
20 each knee to elbow planks
4 laps around the track to finish up
